A graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College with a Master's in Instructional Technology from The University of Akron, Kate's diverse background spans teaching Integrated Language Arts, leading as a building Principal, and directing Curriculum & Instruction.  As founder and CEO of KMT Consulting LLC, Kate's leadership exemplifies the mission she shares: equipping students with the tools they need to thrive in the workforce.
